I am often surprised by how quickly I can pull myself, or my client, out of the spiral down into the depths of despair by asking them for a wee bit of focus and one small action.
Just consider this question:
What is one thing you can do in this hour, day, or week that will give you a sense of delight + wonder?
Why this question you might ask? Because it gives your mind a job. And with that directive the mind follows your lead, rather than the other way around.
